As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a background in personal training and teaching, Casey brings a comprehensive skill set to my role. With experience in designing tailored exercise programs and providing one-on-one coaching, Casey integrates principles of strength training, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness into my rehabilitation strategies.
