Dr. Rumley graduated with honors from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic in 2011. After graduation she opened a private practice in Milford, CT where she practiced for 10 years. Her primary focus was on family care. Treating infants that may have experienced trauma through the birthing process, children going through adolescence, adults as they experience weekend warrior injuries and those into the later stages of life where arthritic conditions can become a limiting factor. For all ages she emphasizes the importance of maintaining a healthy nervous system through care of the spine helping everyone maximize their potential.

She practices using multiple techniques to help best suit the patient. Manual adjustments, soft tissue adjustments, instrument assisted adjustments, certified in Cranial Sacral Technique and certified in the Webster Technique which can help ease the delivery process for both the mother and baby.
